Rajasthan ITI session 2026-27

ITI admission in Alwar: dates, eligibility and next steps.

Start with the official Rajasthan process, then confirm the current trade, seat and fee position with Navodya Private ITI before paying or submitting documents.

Separate the state process from the institute enquiry.

Rajasthan ITI admission is managed through the state's technical education system. The official portal is the authority for registration, merit, allotment, counselling and any revised schedule. A college phone call cannot replace an official application step.

The institute is still important. Call Navodya ITI to ask whether your preferred trade is currently offered, whether seats remain, what the complete current fee is and when the campus office can guide you. Keep screenshots, receipts and copies of every submitted record.

Complete these checks in order.

1. Shortlist an eligible trade

Check your qualifying class and subjects, then compare the type of practical work in each course.

2. Read the live state notice

Use Kaushal Darpan for current registration, counselling, allotment and vacant-seat instructions.

3. Confirm institute details

Ask Navodya ITI about the current trade offer, seat position, full fees, campus timing and required originals.

4. Verify before payment

Match the institute name and trade, request a receipt and retain copies of forms, certificates and payment proof.

What the official 2026-27 form requires you to do.

The live government portal describes an online-only registration and option process through Rajasthan SSO or an E-Mitra kiosk. Read the live portal again before submission because dates and instructions can be revised.

Registration

Match the marksheet exactly

Enter the applicant, father and mother names, date of birth and qualifying details from the 8th or 10th marksheet. Registration information is reused during admission and training.

Contact identity

Keep one mobile and email active

The portal asks for Aadhaar, a unique mobile number and email address that remain active from admission through completion of training.

Qualification

Enter subjects and marks carefully

Trade options depend on the selected 8th or 10th qualification. If a trade requires Science and Mathematics, those marks affect whether it appears in the option form.

Documents

Prepare small, clear digital files

The portal currently describes photo and signature files up to 50 KB, and category or domicile evidence up to 150 KB in its permitted image or PDF formats.

Choice order

Put institute and trade choices in priority order

Study the seat matrix first, add multiple suitable choices, place them in the order you genuinely prefer and review the order before choosing save and lock.

Submit and retain

Pay, download and keep the record

The official instructions say an application enters the allotment process only after the application fee is paid. Download the locked form and carry its printout when reporting after allotment.

Application fee and processing fee are separate.

General applicant application fee
₹100, non-refundable
SC or ST applicant application fee
₹75, non-refundable
Processing fee per application
₹100, non-refundable

These are government application-stage charges displayed in the 2026-27 general instructions on 17 July 2026. They are not Navodya ITI tuition fees. Confirm the live portal before payment.

Match your qualification to the DGT standard.

These are current DGT trade-level requirements. The Rajasthan notification may add age, reservation, domicile, merit or document conditions.

Prepare common records, then verify the official checklist.

Do not wait until the final day to find a missing certificate. Keep clear scans and photocopies, but show originals only through the authorised verification process.

  • Qualifying examination marksheet and pass certificate
  • Government photo identity and proof of address
  • Recent passport-size photographs in the required format
  • Category, domicile or income certificate where applicable
  • Transfer or migration certificate if the current notice asks for it
  • Application, allotment and payment records generated by the portal

Know what you are agreeing to before admission.

Trade and recognition

What is the exact trade name? Is it active for this session? Which certificate and assessment system applies?

Total cost

Ask for tuition, examination, one-time charges, uniform, tools, deposits and the payment schedule in writing.

Training delivery

Ask to see the relevant workshop or lab, the timetable and how practical sessions are organised.

Travel and attendance

Check daily timings, transport practicality, attendance requirements and the consequences of missed training.

Apprenticeship support

Ask what guidance is actually provided. Do not treat general career support as a placement or salary guarantee.

Refund and withdrawal

Read the current policy before paying. Keep receipts and do not rely on an oral promise for a refund.

Use the state helpdesk for portal problems.

For online submission, payment, upload or technical issues, the live Rajasthan ITI page publishes an office-hours helpline and department email. For Navodya-specific trades, campus timing or current fees, use the institute contact instead.

ITI admission questions for 2026-27

Answers are written to help you act safely. Always prefer the live official notification when dates or rules differ.

Where should I check the current Rajasthan ITI admission stage?

Use the official Kaushal Darpan ITI public-information portal for the current application, merit, allotment, upward-movement and vacant-seat services. Then call Navodya ITI to confirm the institute-level trade, seat, fee and reporting position.

Which ITI trades are listed at Navodya Private ITI Alwar?

Institutional records list Electrician, Fitter, Health Sanitary Inspector and Plumber. Confirm current seat availability before choosing a trade.

Can I apply directly at the institute?

Rajasthan ITI admission is managed through the state process. The institute can explain its current position and help you understand documents, but follow the official portal and current notification for the authorised application route.

Which documents should I prepare?

Commonly requested records include the qualifying marksheet, identity and address proof, photographs, and applicable category or domicile certificates. This is a preparation list, not an official checklist; verify the current notification before submission.

How do I choose between Electrician, Fitter, Plumber and Health Sanitary Inspector?

Compare your qualifying class, interest and preferred work environment. Electrician and Fitter are two-year technical workshop trades; Plumber and Health Sanitary Inspector are one-year trades with different entry qualifications and work settings.

Are the fees shown on this website current?

No. The fee page shows an undated historical schedule for reference. Ask the institute for a written current fee explanation before paying.

Does admission guarantee a job?

No. Training can build recognised occupational skills, but employment, apprenticeship and government recruitment each have separate eligibility and selection requirements.

Ask about the current trade and seat position.
